Cancellations/refunds are not possible however appointments can be rescheduled by yourself up to 2 hours prior to your appointment start time – simply click the link in the email you were sent or log back into the booking system and click the upcoming appointment you need to reschedule. You can reschedule to another time with the same field yourself, if you need to reschedule to the other field please get in touch through Facebook messenger, email or text and we can make the change for you.
